How do I pay?
Choose a pass, enter your MTN or Orange number, and approve the payment prompt on your phone with your Mobile Money PIN. No card is needed.
When does my pass become active?
As soon as your Mobile Money operator confirms the payment — usually within a minute of approving it on your phone.
I paid but my pass isn't active. What should I do?
Wait a few minutes and refresh your dashboard. If it still isn't active, email louistech41@gmail.com with your phone number and the transaction ID from your payment SMS.
Is the thesis & internship report generator included in a pass?
No. Reports are for university and higher-institution accounts and are bought separately, once per report and per degree level: HND / BTS 5,000 CFA, Degree (Bachelor's) 10,000 CFA, Master's 18,000 CFA, PhD 25,000 CFA. Each report is private to the account that generated it. Each purchase covers one report with several generations to draft and refine it. HND / BTS report generations can also be used for AI solver questions; a study pass never unlocks the report generator.
Does a pass renew automatically?
No. Passes never charge you again on their own — you choose when to buy the next one.
